First things first – what is Lodrica? Lodrica (pronounced Lodritsa) is a local Croatian term for a wooden barrell for wine or olives. Ever since the Roman times, the Vinodol region is known for its fertile soil and features an abundance of olive groves and vineyards with local vine sorts, ready for you to explore (and taste). Add to this the mild and sunny Meditteranean climate, with the exceptional quality of air and sea and you have to look no further for your perfect holiday.
About the Villa
Villa Lodrica sleeps up to 7 persons and features two large double-bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, a sleeping gallery area with a double-bed, large open-plan equipped kitchen with a dining room, a living room with a pull-out sofa, additional bathroom and sauna, as well as a guest toilet with a laundry area, including a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Each room is fully air-conditioned and equipped with a sat-tv, while free high-speed wi-fi is available throughout. Pets are welcome.
Set on private, fully fenced and secluded grounds, it is surrounded by nature and beautiful views, Villa Lodrica boasts saltwater heated swimming pool and whirlpool, jacuzzi, a sauna, outside kitchen with a bbq and dining area, large sun terrace with a lounge area and deck chairs, a spacious garden, children’s playground and a private parking. Located only a few kilometres away from the seaside resorts, beaches, supermarkets, restaurants and activities, it offers the calm and privacy of being in the nature with the convenience of the amenities and holiday fun nearby.
